This course empowers aspiring entrepreneurs to transform their sustainable construction ideas into actionable Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Through a concise, expert-led lecture, learners will grasp the essential steps and strategies to validate and prototype their concepts effectively. Real-life success stories from pioneering startups, such as Pit-To-Table and Dergon, provide inspiring insights into the challenges and triumphs of building green businesses, including resource management, journey to market-readiness, team dynamics, and more. The course concludes with a focused debrief that connects entrepreneurial practices to the New European Bauhaus (NEB) values, guiding participants to embed social and environmental responsibility at the core of their ventures. Participants will also receive a downloadable MVP checklist, outlining clear steps to help turn their ideas into viable prototypes.
Upon completing the coursework, learners can book personalized mentorship sessions (30 min) with the SocialTech Lab team to receive tailored feedback and guidance on their startup journey, to encourage startup activity in the sector.
