The course aims to equip practitioners in the non-profit apartment associations (HOAs) with the practical tools, knowledge and inspiration to make renovation of residential buildings more aesthetic, sustainable, and inclusive using New European Bauhaus principles.
The course explores how inclusive design principles can create spaces that cater to diverse needs, ensuring accessibility for everyone, and how collective financing can lead to successful renovation projects.
